- Client : CFPPA
- Period: June 2026
- Location: New Caledonia
NODA Pacifique delivered training on behalf of the CFPPA of New Caledonia as part of the programme for acquiring agricultural professional qualifications. The training was aimed at project holders and farmers seeking to strengthen their technical and economic management skills.
The objective of this training was to enable participants to comprehensively identify the costs and revenues of their farms, build realistic cash flow forecasts, and use this tool to support their management decision-making. The course combined methodological inputs, case studies, practical exercises, and discussions based on real-life situations experienced by the participants.
Beyond knowledge transfer, this training also provided a genuine space for exchange with agricultural professionals, allowing management tools to be confronted with field realities and the content to be adapted to the needs expressed by participants.
The satisfaction survey conducted at the end of the training shows a very high level of satisfaction: 70% of responses were rated “Very satisfactory” and 30% “Satisfactory.” Participants particularly appreciated the practical approach of the training, the hands-on exercises, and the tools directly applicable to their projects. In addition, all participants indicated that they would reuse the knowledge acquired in their professional activity or project.
