Project design and monitoring for the valorization of frass as an organic fertilizer.

NODA Pacifique supports the start-up Neofly in the specific area of frass valorization as an organic fertilizer. The assignment consists of designing, through a project-based approach, the actions to be implemented over the next two years in order to structure this value chain, from product characterization through to its agricultural applications.

This project design phase resulted in the development of an operational roadmap covering the technical, regulatory and organizational aspects related to the production and agricultural use of frass as an organic fertilizer.

NODA Pacifique then provides ongoing project monitoring and support under a monthly service agreement, assisting with the implementation of planned actions, adapting the strategy in light of the results achieved, and ensuring the successful development of the value chain.
