Management of the Coléo Association (2025).

The Coléo Association renewed its trust in NODA Pacifique by once again entrusting it with the full management of its activities under a contractual delegation agreement. Established in 2021, this professional association is dedicated to the recovery and valorization of agricultural waste, supporting the sustainable development of New Caledonia's agricultural value chains.

Since 2024, NODA Pacifique has been responsible for the full operational management of Coléo under a delegated management agreement. This assignment covers the organization and coordination of agricultural waste collection, transport and treatment operations throughout New Caledonia. NODA Pacifique also manages the association's administrative, financial and communication activities, as well as funding applications. In addition, NODA Pacifique supports Coléo's governance and member engagement by preparing, organizing and following up on Executive Board and General Assembly meetings, while assisting decision-making bodies with strategic planning and the management of agricultural value chains.

The comprehensive support provided by NODA Pacifique enabled the rapid and structured development of these value chains. In 2025, the collection rate for empty fertilizer packaging exceeded 50%. That same year, a new recycling scheme for empty crop protection product containers was established, based on rigorous traceability and safety procedures to ensure the protection of both users and the environment.
