Support for the facilitation of CAP-NC cross-cutting working groups.

The 2023–2027 mandate of the Chamber of Agriculture and Fisheries of New Caledonia (CAP-NC) aims to drive a coordinated approach, with the involvement of its partners, to achieve the objective of increasing the share of local produce in the diets of New Caledonians by 25%. To this end, four cross-cutting working groups (GTTs) were created, initially bringing together CAP-NC technicians, advisors and elected representatives. These working groups were: “+25%”, “water”, “land tenure”, and “farm establishment and transfer”.
Vincent Nebois from BKN supported the facilitation of these working groups and entrusted NODA Pacifique with co-facilitating the “+25%” GTT and facilitating the “water” GTT.
The assignment consisted in proposing a facilitation methodology and supporting the work of the GTTs in 2023, ultimately contributing to the drafting of the strategic policy for CAP-NC’s 2023–2027 mandate. The work carried out within the cross-cutting working groups resulted in an operational objectives plan (O2P).
